Alert delivery

Discord-ready alerts

Price-alert requests are checked during the refresh pipeline. Discord delivery is active when the local service has THUNDERSTRIKE_DISCORD_WEBHOOK_URL configured.

One-timeTriggers once, then records the event so the same request is not repeatedly sent.
RecurringChecks every snapshot and can fire again when the market crosses the rule later.
Discord IDUse a numeric Discord user ID if you want a direct mention in the alert message.
